Your account settings are where you manage your profile, billing, team permissions, integrations, and usage reports. The options available to you depend on your role - User, Manager, or Admin - and your organisation’s plan. Access your settings by clicking your name at the bottom-left of the sidebar.
Your Account Settings page has 9 tabs: My profile, Payments & Subscription, Account settings, Report settings, Tags management, Intent, Privacy, Exports, and Waterfall. The tabs visible to you depend on your role.

My profile

The My Profile tab shows your full name and email address. To update your name:
1

Click the name field

Click on the name field.
2

Make your changes

Make your changes.
3

Save your changes

Click Save changes.
To change your email address, contact Lusha Support via the chat icon in your dashboard. If your new email is from the same company, the support team can help migrate your account. If it’s from a different company, you’ll need to create a new account under the new domain.

Payments and subscription

(Available for Admins and Managers only) The Payments & Subscription tab lets you view your invoice history, update your payment method, and check your current plan, credit balance, and renewal date.
Enterprise users may not have access to all billing options. Contact your Account Manager for assistance with plan changes.

Account settings

(Available for Admins and Managers only)

Permission settings

Set what your Users are allowed to do:
  • Invite members - allow Users to invite new members to the account.
  • Bulk show - allow Users to reveal contact details in bulk. Limits by plan: Free: 25, Pro: 50, Premium: 150, Scale: 5,000 contacts at a time.
  • CSV export - allow Users to export contacts to a CSV file. (Scale plan only.)
  • CSV enrichment - allow Users to enrich CSV files with Lusha data. (Scale plan only.)
  • API access - allow Users to create and use their own Lusha API key. On by default. Turning it off suspends - rather than deletes - any key that user owns; turning it back on reactivates it automatically. See All there is to know about Lusha’s API for details.
  • MCP access - allow Users to connect their own Lusha MCP Server to AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, and more). On by default. Turning it off restricts MCP connections to Admins and Managers only. See Lusha Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server for details.

Credit limits

(Scale plan only) Set monthly or annual credit limits per user or group. The limit resets on the same day each cycle that your plan started. See Limit credits per user or group for setup steps.

Inactivity timeout

(Scale plan only) Automatically log out team members after a chosen period of inactivity. Set the duration in minutes, hours, or days to add a security layer and reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

SSO - single sign-on

Configure SSO so all team members sign in using your company identity provider.

Waterfall tab

(Available for paid accounts, on the API and MCP) Data Waterfall is its own top-level tab in your account settings - navigate to Settings → Waterfall to access it. Waterfall fills in phone numbers and emails Lusha doesn’t have, by automatically checking a stack of third-party vendors whenever Lusha itself comes up short on a match.
  • Turn Waterfall on for your account - once it’s on, it runs automatically whenever Lusha is missing a phone number or email.
  • Turn individual vendors on or off at any time.
  • Users can opt out of Waterfall on a per-request basis.
Charged only on a match - Lusha data costs 1 credit per work email and 5 credits per phone number; a Waterfall vendor match costs 2 credits per work email and 8 credits per phone number. See Data Waterfall for the full technical reference.

Report settings

(Available for Admins only) The Report settings tab lets you schedule automated usage reports and send them to your team by email - no manual dashboard visits needed.
1

Turn on usage reports

Toggle on Usage reports activation.
2

Choose your frequency

Choose your frequency: Weekly (Mon–Fri) or Monthly (calendar month).
3

Add recipients

Add up to 5 recipient email addresses.
4

Save the schedule

Click Save.

Recipient email addresses do not need to be Lusha users. Anyone added will receive the report, so only add intended recipients.
Reports are also available to download directly from Lusha Analytics.

Tags management

(Available for Admins only) The Tags management tab lets you view, create, edit, or delete contact tags for your entire team. Each tag shows a usage count - the number of contacts it’s currently applied to.
Renaming a tag updates it everywhere it’s applied. Deleting a tag removes it from all contacts account-wide and cannot be undone. See Contact tagging for how to apply tags to contacts.

Intent

(Available for Admins only) The Intent tab is where you choose which topics Lusha monitors for your account. Your selections power intent signals in Workspace, the buying intent widget on your Dashboard, intent-based Search filters, and AI recommendations.
  • Search for topics - use the keyword or category search to find topics.
  • Add a topic - click a topic to add it to your tracked table.
  • Remove a topic - click the X next to it.
  • Changes save automatically - no need to click a save button.
The number of topics you can select depends on your plan. Topics can be updated once a month. See How to Configure Intent Topic Tracking for a full walkthrough.

Privacy

(Available for Admins and Managers only) The Privacy tab lets you choose to hide contacts from specific countries in the Prospecting Platform, or exclude contacts registered on the Do Not Call (DNC) table in the US or UK.
Privacy tab settings for hiding contacts by country and Do Not Call tables
See Do Not Call (DNC) tables for more information.

Exports

The Exports tab has two sections:

Technology columns

Select which technology categories to include as columns in your CSV exports. If a company in your export uses a technology you’ve saved here, it will appear as a dedicated column in the downloaded file.

Export history

View and re-download past CSV and CRM export files. Admins can access the full account export history; Users can access their own exports only.
The All Contacts table does not appear in export history.
You’re all set - your account settings give you full control over how your team uses Lusha.
