# Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten your Lusha password, you can reset it directly from the login page in a few steps.

## How to reset your password

1. Go to the [Lusha login page](https://dashboard.lusha.co/login).
2. Click **Forgot Password** and enter your email address.
3. Check your inbox for a **Reset Password** email from Lusha. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Open the email and click the reset link to create a new password.
5. Return to the [login page](https://dashboard.lusha.co/login) and sign in with your new password.

## Why is the sign-in button greyed out?

This usually means the email field isn't filled in correctly. Make sure you've entered a complete email address in the format *[yourname@example.com](mailto:yourname@example.com)* before clicking Sign in.

## Logging in via LinkedIn

If you use LinkedIn to log in and the sign-in button is greyed out, enter your full email address in the username field - this is required even when using LinkedIn as your login method.

## Still having trouble?

- Try clearing your browser cache and attempting to log in again.
- Check that your email provider or organisation's firewall isn't blocking emails from Lusha.
