If you've forgotten your Lusha password, you can reset it directly from the login page in a few steps.
- Go to the Lusha login page.
- Click Forgot Password and enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for a Reset Password email from Lusha. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Open the email and click the reset link to create a new password.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

This usually means the email field isn't filled in correctly. Make sure you've entered a complete email address in the format yourname@example.com before clicking Sign in.

If you use LinkedIn to log in and the sign-in button is greyed out, enter your full email address in the username field - this is required even when using LinkedIn as your login method.
- Try clearing your browser cache and attempting to log in again.
- Check that your email provider or organisation's firewall isn't blocking emails from Lusha.
If the issue persists, contact Lusha Support using the chat icon in your dashboard.
