You can cancel your Lusha subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account moves to the free plan.
Only Admins can cancel a subscription. If you’re on a Scale plan, contact your Account Manager - cancellations for Scale plans take effect at the end of your subscription term.

Before you cancel - things to know

  • Your data remains accessible after cancellation, but CSV export is a paid feature - export your Lusha tables before cancelling.
  • You’ll keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current cycle.
  • All stored credits reset when your plan downgrades to free.
  • Future plans may be priced differently from your current one.
  • If you have multiple emails linked to the same subscription, the cancellation applies to all of them.

Consider freezing instead

At this point, you have the option to freeze your subscription instead of cancelling. Freezing pauses your plan for 1 or 2 months while keeping your account and data intact. See How to freeze your Lusha subscription for details.

You can undo the cancellation at any time before the end of your billing cycle. Go to Payment & Subscription and click Revert Cancellation.

Cancelling vs. deleting your account

Cancelling your subscription and deleting your account are two different things. Here’s what each one does: If you want your account and personal data removed entirely - not just your subscription stopped - you need to request account deletion separately. Cancelling your subscription alone does not delete your account or data.
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all saved contacts, tables, and export history. Export your data before submitting a deletion request.

To delete a paid account

1

Cancel your subscription

Cancel your subscription first using the steps above. Your account will move to the free plan at the end of your billing cycle.
2

Contact Support to request deletion

Once on the free plan, contact Support via the chat icon in your dashboard or email support@lusha.com to request account deletion.

To delete a free account

Contact Support directly via the chat icon in your dashboard or email support@lusha.com. Once deleted, you will no longer have access to any saved data.
If you want to remove your personal contact details from Lusha’s database (for example, if your phone number appears in Lusha’s prospecting data), that’s a separate data removal request. See How to remove your details from Lusha.
For questions about Lusha’s cancellation policy, see the Terms of Service.
