# How to change your password

You can update your Lusha password at any time from your account settings. Lusha sends a reset link to your registered email address - you don't set the new password directly in the dashboard.

## How to change your password

1. Log in to your [Lusha dashboard](https://dashboard.lusha.com/dashboard).
2. Click your name in the top-right corner and select **Account & Settings**.
3. Go to the **[My Profile](https://dashboard.lusha.com/account/myProfile)** tab.
4. Click **Send me reset instructions**.
5. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Lusha.
6. Open the email and click **Choose a new password**.

1. Enter and confirm your new password.

You're all set - you can now log in with your updated password.
