How to use the Hiring surge filter

Open the Add companies screen

Open the Workspace Add companies screen (chat or filter panel).

Open the Companies section

In the filter panel, open the Companies section.

Select Hiring surge

Select Hiring surge - it’s tagged Premium.

Combine with other filters

Filter freely: combine Hiring surge with any other filter (industry, location, headcount, technology, and more), on Companies or Contacts alike.
Filtering itself is free - you can explore results without being charged.

How Premium Filter pricing works

Unlike Lusha’s other filters, Hiring surge introduces paid enrichment on save:
  • Filtering and browsing results: Free
  • Saving to table: 1 credit per company result
Once you save a result, the full enrichment unlocks as a Surge in hiring (3M) column in your table. Click the arrow ( › ) on the column header to expand it and see the individual data fields:
This is separate from the existing “Surge in hiring” Signal available inside saved Workspace tables (see Workspace Signals: Tracking Buying Intent and Contact Changes). Hiring surge as a Premium Filter lets you search and pull the companies and contacts behind the growth signal before saving, directly from the filter panel or chat.
