Hiring surge is Lusha's first monetized Premium Filter.
- Open the Workspace Add companies screen (chat or filter panel)
- In the filter panel, open the Companies section
- Select Hiring surge — it's tagged Premium
- Filter freely: combine Hiring surge with any other filter (industry, location, headcount, technology, and more), on Companies or Contacts alike
Filtering itself is free — you can explore results without being charged.
Unlike Lusha's other filters, Hiring surge introduces paid enrichment on save:
- Filtering and browsing results: Free
- Saving to table: 1 credit per company result
Once you save a result, the full enrichment unlocks as a Surge in hiring (3M) column in your table. Click the arrow ( › ) on the column header to expand it and see the individual data fields:
