When you log in to Lusha, you land on the dashboard - your home base for prospecting, managing tables, and accessing account settings.

Left navigation

The left-hand navigation panel gives you access to Lusha’s core areas:
  • Home - a dashboard overview, including quick search and AI-generated prospect recommendations.
  • Prospecting - build prospect lists using search and filters.
  • Tables - your workspace tables, including recents, AI recommendations, and website visitor tracking.
  • Tools - API access, MCP integrations, engagement (Engage) features, and CSV enrichment.
Exact menu labels and layout can vary as Lusha rolls out updates. Use this as a general map rather than a pixel-perfect guide.

Account menu

Click your initials or profile icon in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu. From here you can reach:
  • Your profile and login details
  • Billing and subscription information
  • Permission and account settings
  • Team management
  • Integrations

Home screen

The home screen surfaces:
  • A quick search bar to jump straight into finding contacts or companies
  • Recent activity, so you can pick up where you left off
  • AI-recommended leads based on your prospecting history
Lusha refreshes AI-recommended leads daily. If you’ve saved a table, you can also generate similar prospects on demand using the “Add similar contacts” option inside that table.

Getting oriented

If you’re new to Lusha, a common first path through the product looks like this:
  • Explore the dashboard - Get familiar with the left navigation, home screen, and account menu.
  • Build your first table - Head to Workspace or Prospecting and build a table using AI chat or filters - see Search & lists.
  • Install the extension - Add the Lusha browser extension so you can reveal contact data anywhere you work.
  • Connect your CRM - Link Salesforce or HubSpot so enriched data flows straight into your existing records.
  • Monitor your credits - Keep an eye on your credit balance under Payments & Subscription - see Billing & plans.
Most account-wide configuration - profile details, payments, permissions, credit limits, SSO, report scheduling, tags, and privacy controls - lives under Settings → Account & settings. See Team management and Privacy & compliance for details on the settings most relevant to admins.
