If your Lusha extension is showing as blank or displaying only grey lines with no content, the cause is almost always a cookie setting in Chrome that’s blocking the extension from loading.

Fix: Allow third-party cookies in Chrome

Open Chrome cookie settings

Open Chrome and go to chrome://settings/cookies in your address bar.

Check the current setting

Check which option is currently selected under the general cookies setting.

Allow the needed cookies

Select either Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito.

Restart Chrome and test

Close and reopen Chrome, then visit a LinkedIn profile to test the extension.
Lusha is a third-party app and requires third-party cookies to function. If cookies are fully blocked, the extension will appear blank.
