# Why is Lusha Extension asking me to log in when I'm already logged in?

If the Lusha extension is showing a **Log in** prompt even though you're already signed in, a cookie or browser session issue is usually the cause. Work through the fixes below in order.

## Fix 1: Allow all cookies in Chrome

1. Go to **chrome://settings/cookies** in your Chrome address bar.
2. Make sure **Allow all cookies** is selected.
3. Refresh the LinkedIn page and try opening the extension again.

## Fix 2: Sign in via the dashboard

1. Click the Lusha icon in your toolbar.
2. Click **Log in** - you'll be redirected to the Lusha dashboard.
3. Sign in with your Lusha credentials.
4. Return to LinkedIn and refresh the page.

## Fix 3: Update and restart Chrome

1. Go to **chrome://settings/help** and install any available updates.
2. Fully close and reopen Chrome.
3. Sign in to the extension again with your Lusha credentials.

## Fix 4: Reset Chrome settings

1. Go to **chrome://settings/reset**.
2. Click **Restore settings to their original defaults** and confirm.
3. Sign back in to the extension.

## Fix 5: Restart your computer

If none of the above work, restart your computer and sign in to the extension again.
