If you hit your credit limit while using the Lusha extension, Admins can now buy credits right from the credit-limit pop-up — without leaving LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Lusha Everywhere.
New to credits? Start with How credits work in Lusha for the basics - plan allowances, rollover, and reset dates.

Who can buy credits this way

Only account Admins can buy credits from the extension. Non-admins who hit the credit limit still see the credit-limit message, but the Add credits option isn’t available to them — they should contact their Admin.

How to buy credits from the credit-limit pop-up

1

Hit your credit limit

Try to reveal a contact or company in the extension on LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Lusha Everywhere. If your account is out of credits, the credit-limit pop-up appears.
2

Click Add credits

As an Admin, click Add credits in the pop-up.
3

Choose how to add credits

Choose either a one-time top-up or adding credits to your monthly subscription.
4

Pay

Complete payment without leaving the page you’re on. Your credit balance refreshes immediately after payment, so you can continue revealing contacts right away.
Before this, hitting the credit limit in the extension only offered an upgrade to a more expensive subscription. Now you can buy just the extra credits you need, the same way you already can in the Lusha platform.
