Setting up the integration requires Admin or Manager access in Lusha, plus a Salesforce Admin user with permission to connect third-party applications and full read, write, and edit access to Lead, Contact, and Account objects.
Connect Salesforce
1
Open Integrations settings
In Lusha, go to Settings → Integrations.
2
Select Salesforce
Choose whether to connect to your Production or Sandbox environment.
3
Authorize the connection
Sign in with your Salesforce Admin credentials to authorize Lusha.
Configure field mapping
Once connected, map Lusha fields to the corresponding Salesforce fields across three record types:- Lead - email, phone, job title, company, website, name fields, and lead source.
- Contact - email, phone, job title, name fields, and department.
- Account - company name, website, description, and employee count.
Account export preferences
Admins can control whether team members can create new Salesforce accounts on export, or only export contacts to accounts that already exist. Lusha’s autocomplete also matches account names to existing Salesforce accounts during export to reduce duplicates.Troubleshooting
If you see a “Reconnect to Salesforce” prompt, your OAuth token has likely expired - each user needs to reauthenticate individually from Settings → Integrations.Next steps
HubSpot integration
Set up a similar field-mapped export flow for HubSpot.
