Account deletion vs. subscription cancellation - what’s the difference?
If you just want to stop being charged, cancelling your subscription is usually the right step. Only request deletion if you want your account and data fully removed.
Before you delete - things to do first
- Export your tables - Go to your Contact tables and export any contacts you want to keep as a CSV file.
- Download your invoices - Go to Account & Settings → Payment & Subscription and save any billing receipts you may need.
- Remove team members first (Admins) - If you manage a team account, remove all other members before requesting deletion to avoid disruption to their access.
- Cancel your subscription - If you’re on a paid plan, cancel it first to avoid being charged again before deletion is processed.
