# Workspace Credit Costs - Full Breakdown

Workspace introduces credit consumption patterns that go beyond standard contact reveals. This article covers every credit event in Workspace so you can plan usage accurately.

## Standard credits vs. Workspace credits

Standard Lusha credits are consumed when you reveal a contact's phone or email. Workspace adds new credit events tied to enrichment, AI features, and exports.

## Full Workspace credit breakdown

| **Action** | **Credit cost** | **Notes** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Contact or company reveal | Based on your Lusha plan | Same as revealing in Search |
| AI chat prompts | 1 credit per 5 prompts | Prompts used in Workspace AI Chat |
| AI Data enrichment | 1 credit per cell enriched | Charged per cell, not per row |
| Signals enrichment | 1 credit per signal detected | Empty cells (no signal found) are not charged Signals are tied to specific tables, running searches for the same contact in two different tables will count as two separate charges. |
| CSV export | 1 credit per 25 rows | Charged at export, separate from reveal cost |
| Lusha Data columns | Free | Pulls from verified database, no credit cost |
| CRM columns | Free | Live Salesforce field values, no credit cost |
| CRM export | 1 credit per export | Charged when pushing contacts to your CRM |

## Key things to know

- **AI Data enrichment charges per cell.** A row with 3 AI Data columns costs 3 credits to enrich — not 1.
- **Signals enrichment only charges for populated cells.** If no signal is detected for a row, that cell is free.
- **CSV export credits are separate from reveal credits.** Exporting a table you've already revealed still costs 1 credit per 25 rows.
- **AI chat prompts are grouped.** Every 5 prompts cost 1 credit. Exploring and refining is intentionally low-cost.
- **CRM exports cost 1 credit.** Each time you push contacts to your CRM, 1 credit is charged — separate from the original reveal cost.
