Only Admins and Managers can send invitations. You can only invite users with the same business email domain as yours. Each invite counts as a seat - you can’t invite more users than your plan allows.

- Share the invitation link directly.
- Check whether corporate email filters are blocking it.
- Check that the invite hasn’t expired.
How to free up seats
Each invite uses a seat from your plan. To make space for new members, remove existing users from your account. See Remove a team member from your account for steps. Why can’t I invite someone with a different email domain?
Lusha requires all members of an account to share the same business email domain - for example, everyone on your team must use @yourcompany.com. This is a security measure to ensure your Lusha account stays within your organisation. If you try to invite a user whose email is on a different domain (for example, a contractor, a colleague at a recently acquired company, or a subsidiary), the invitation will be blocked. Here’s what to do depending on your situation:- Contractor or agency partner - The domain restriction applies universally and can’t be bypassed for individual invites. Contractors using a personal or agency domain will need their own Lusha account.
- Acquired company or subsidiary with a different domain - Contact Lusha Support to request a domain exception. Our team can review your situation and may be able to add the secondary domain to your account.
- Company rebranding or domain change - If your company has moved to a new email domain, contact Lusha Support to migrate your existing account to the new domain.
