Groups let you organize your team members into logical sets - for example, by department, territory, or seniority - directly from the Team Management → Groups tab.

What you can do with Groups

From the Groups tab, you can:
  • Create group - set up a new group to organize team members.
  • Move to group - move one or more existing team members into a group.

Group-level credit limits

Groups aren’t just for organization - you can also set a shared credit limit for an entire group, so its members collectively draw from one pool instead of being capped individually. See How to limit credits per user or group for the full steps on setting a group credit limit.
