You can change any team member's role — User, Manager, or Admin — from the Team Management section of your dashboard. Role changes can be made individually or in bulk.
💡 Note: Only Admins can change roles. The Manager role is available on Scale plans only.
- User - access to credits and Lusha's core features. Counts as a seat.
- Admin - access to credits and full admin rights. Counts as a seat.
- Manager - admin rights but no access to credits. Does not count as a seat. (Scale plan only.)
- Go to Team Management in your dashboard.
- Select the user or users whose role you want to change.
- Click Change role.
- Select the new role.
- Click Save.

Refresh the page to confirm the role has been updated.
💡 Note: If you're on a single-user plan and need to change a role, contact Lusha Support using the chat icon in your dashboard or email support@lusha.com.
You're all set — the updated role takes effect immediately.
