Per-CRM export limits
For the full breakdown, see Available CRM integrations.
Each CRM export costs 1 credit, charged at the time of export and separate from the original reveal cost.
HubSpot now also supports pushing companies directly from Lusha. When exporting from Lusha’s company search, select HubSpot and choose Company as the record type. You can control company record creation in Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Settings tab. See HubSpot integration for full details.

Export from a table
Open a table, select the rows to export (or leave none checked to target the whole view), then click the CRM button in the toolbar to open the export drawer. From there, choose the CRM and record type (Export as). Then set your export preferences: whether to skip already-exported contacts, how to handle contacts with unshown details, and whether to update contacts already in your CRM. See Exporting from a workspace table for the full walkthrough. When your export runs in the background
Large table exports run asynchronously. While the job runs:- A floating progress window shows batch-by-batch progress. Closing or minimizing it does not cancel the job.
- You can keep working in Lusha.
- When the export is complete, a banner appears in the table and you’ll receive an in-app notification. You can see the full details in the export list, and check the status on the integration page.
Only one export can run at a time per user. The CRM button is disabled while a job is in flight - hover over it to see the status.
Export state on your table
Each row displays a status pill - Exported or Not exported - showing whether a record was pushed in a completed job. After a successful export, rows flip to Exported. If a contact fails or the export is truncated (scope exceeds the CRM cap), it stays Not exported and will be picked up automatically on your next run.Reviewing your CRM exports
To see a history of all exports, go to Settings → Integrations → the relevant integration → Manage → Integration tab. The CRM export tab lists every table pushed to a connected CRM in the last 90 days, with these columns:
Select any job to see which contacts failed and why.
The CRM export tab shows export-level results from Lusha. To see exactly which contacts are now in your CRM, go to your CRM directly and filter records by source - look for contacts where the source is set to Lusha.
Troubleshooting
- Mapping errors - check your field mapping in Settings → Integrations → the relevant integration → Manage → Integration tab.
- Integration issues - go to Settings → Integrations → the relevant integration → Manage → Integration tab and reauthenticate your CRM connection. A disconnected token will cause a full job failure, shown as Failed in the CRM export tab.
- Contacts not appearing in CRM after export - check the CRM export tab under Account to confirm the job status. If the job shows Completed with errors, select it to see how many contacts failed.
