Editing integration settings requires Admin or Manager access in Lusha. You must also be a Capsule admin to activate the integration.
How to connect Capsule

Open your name menu
Log in to your Lusha dashboard and click your name in the left navigation.

Select Capsule
Go to the Integrations tab and select Capsule.

Click Connect
Click Connect - you’ll be redirected to the Capsule login page.

Sign in and authorize
Sign in to Capsule if prompted and authorize Lusha’s access to your account.

Continue to field mapping
Once authorized, click Continue to field mapping.

Review the record types
In the Field mapping environment, you’ll see two record types: People and Organisations.

Enable Allow Override if needed
To update existing records in your database, toggle on Allow Override.
Allow Override is a Lusha setting that controls whether Lusha will update fields that already have a value in Capsule. When toggled off, Lusha will only populate empty fields.
Adding predefined value fields

Choose the record type
Choose the record type (People or Organisations).

Add a predefined value field
Click + Add field and select Predefined Value.

Select a Capsule field
Select a Capsule field from the available options.

Enter the predefined value
Enter the predefined value.

Save your changes
Click Save changes before switching tabs.
Account export preferences
Admins can control which object types users can export to Capsule. When the toggle is off, users can only save contacts to existing Capsule accounts - not create new ones.These settings apply to all team members in your account.
