The Insights tab gives you a team-level view of conversation activity and performance across all recorded meetings. It surfaces aggregate statistics from client-facing calls so you can spot patterns, track activity levels, and identify coaching opportunities — without reviewing individual recordings.
Insights is most useful for managers reviewing team performance and reps who want to benchmark their own activity.
- Go to Engagement → Conversations in the left navigation bar.
- Click the Insights tab at the top of the page.
The total number of client-facing meetings recorded across the team in the selected time period. Internal meetings are excluded from this count.
The average number of external meetings held per week. Use this to track whether your team's meeting volume is increasing, stable, or declining over time.
The average duration of recorded external meetings in the selected period.
The average percentage of each call where the Lusha user (rather than the prospect or other participants) was speaking. A lower ratio typically indicates more tableening — a useful signal when coaching reps on discovery and qualification calls.
Use the filter controls at the top of the Insights tab to narrow results by:
- Owner — filter by individual rep or yourself
- Account — filter by company or account name
- Meeting Type — filter by classification (e.g. Qualification, Demo, Commercial Discussion)
- Participants — filter by specific attendees
- Group — filter by team or group
You can also set a custom time range to compare activity across different periods.
💡 Note: All statistics on the Insights tab are based on client-facing meetings only. Internal meetings — stand-ups, syncs, and catch-ups — are recorded but excluded from these numbers.
Now you have a clear view of what's happening across your team's calls.
