Only a limited set of data is shared with authorised vendors - specifically names, email addresses, meeting summaries, and related metadata - under robust data processing agreements. Full recordings and transcripts are not shared with any third party.GDPR compliance
Lusha Conversations is designed to meet GDPR and other leading data protection regulations. Data is handled lawfully, transparently, and securely.Recording consent
You are responsible for ensuring that meeting participants are informed that the call is being recorded, in accordance with the laws that apply in your jurisdiction and theirs. By default, Lusha notifies participants automatically when recording begins - a notification appears in the virtual meeting chat. Admins can customise the wording of this notification in Bot Settings.Automatic notification does not replace your legal obligations. In some regions, explicit verbal or written consent is required before recording begins. Check with your legal team to confirm what applies in your markets.
