# Coaching Your Team with Lusha Conversations

The **Coaching** tab in Lusha Conversations surfaces call-level data to help managers identify skill gaps, reinforce winning behaviors, and give specific, evidence-based feedback. Instead of sitting in on calls, you can review key moments from any recorded meeting and use the data in your 1:1s.

## How to access the Coaching tab

1. Go to **Engagement → Conversations** (/ci/meetings) in the left navigation.
2. Click on any recorded meeting to open its Meeting Analysis page.
3. Click the **Coaching** tab in the top-right corner of the analysis page.

## What the Coaching tab shows

The Coaching tab surfaces deeper verbal communication metrics and conversation patterns for individual meetings, including:

- Talk time ratio — how much the rep spoke vs. the prospect
- Longest monologue duration
- Questions asked per call
- Filler word frequency
- Key topic coverage based on your tracked topics

## How to use Coaching data in team reviews

1. Open a recorded meeting for a rep on your team.
2. Click the **Coaching** tab.
3. Review the metrics shown. Look for patterns — high talk ratio, low question count, or missed topic coverage.
4. Use the **Snippets** feature to clip a specific moment to share with the rep. See [Using the Snippets Library](/user-guide/using-the-platform/using-the-snippets-library) for how to create and share snippets.
5. In your next 1:1, open the coaching data together and discuss specific moments from the recording.

💡 Note: The **Insights** tab shows aggregate data across all meetings — useful for spotting team-wide trends. The **Coaching** tab is for individual meeting analysis. See [Lusha Conversations Insights](/user-guide/using-the-platform/lusha-conversations-insights) for the team-level view.

Use your call data to build a stronger, more consistent sales team.
