Chili Piper integration

Manually filling long forms slows conversions. With the Lusha + Chili Piper integration, you can enable instant enrichment of visitor data (job title, company details, and more) using just an email, while Chili Piper handles routing and scheduling - all without sacrificing form simplicity.

Prerequisites

1. Active Lusha account (any plan, including Free) with a valid API key.
2. Active Chili Piper Form Concierge plan (supports form enrichment).
3. Admin access to both platforms.

Step-by-step setup

1. Authenticate Lusha in Chili Piper

• In Chili Piper Admin, navigate to Enrichment Setup or go via the Integrations page.
• Choose Lusha as the provider and enter your API key to authenticate.

2. Map form fields

• Select form fields to enrich (e.g., Company, Job Title, Phone).
• Map how each Lusha data point matches your form or CRM target fields.

3. Build an enrichment waterfall (optional)

• Custom waterfalls: Create a priority sequence - e.g., Lusha first; if no match, fallback to another provider.
• Prebuilt templates: Use Chili Piper’s ready-made waterfalls for speed.

4. Publish your router

• If your form router is live, Chili Piper will prompt you to copy a new JS snippet. Embed this updated snippet after your form’s HTML.
• For HubSpot forms within an iframe, add the snippet directly to the form as well.

5. Embed the snippet

• Paste the updated JS snippet into your website as instructed. This enables dynamic form behaviour - fields auto-fill after the lookup completes.

Before: A form with fields for First Name + Company + Email + Phone + Title - heavy friction, high abandonment. After: A form with only First Name + Email visible to the visitor; Lusha fills Title, Company, and other fields via Chili Piper in the background - yielding full contact enrichment and higher conversion rates.
