What you can do with Engage
- Convert leads efficiently - guide prospects through a tailored journey built for optimal conversion.
- Nurture leads over time - connect with leads using informative email sequences that build trust and address concerns.
- Re-engage inactive customers - reactivate contacts who have gone quiet by reminding them of your solution’s value.
What you need to know
- Replies from prospects go to your Gmail or Outlook inbox.
- There is a limit of 1,000 emails per user per day.
- There is a limit of 10 active sequences per user.
- There is no limit to the number of sequences you can create or the number of steps per sequence.
- If you reach the daily limit, the remaining emails will be sent according to each sequence’s defined schedule.
- When a contact is marked as replied or bounced, Lusha removes them from the sequence and won’t contact them again. Contacts can be marked as replied automatically (when Lusha detects a reply in your inbox) or manually from the Contacts tab actions menu.
