# Groups

> What Groups is for in Team Management, and how to organize team members into groups with shared credit limits.

Groups let you organize your team members into logical sets - for example, by department, territory, or seniority - directly from the **Team Management → Groups** tab.

<Note>
  This is a brief overview. A full step-by-step walkthrough of the Groups tab will be added here as more detail is confirmed.
</Note>

## What you can do with Groups

From the Groups tab, you can:

* **Create group** - set up a new group to organize team members.
* **Move to group** - move one or more existing team members into a group.

## Group-level credit limits

Groups aren't just for organization - you can also set a shared credit limit for an entire group, so its members collectively draw from one pool instead of being capped individually.

See [How to limit credits per user or group](/user-guide/manage-your-team-capabilities/how-to-limit-credits-per-user-or-group) for the full steps on setting a group credit limit.
