# Lusha platform - user guide

> How to use the Lusha web app, browser extension, and CRM integrations.

This guide covers the **Lusha platform** - Workspace, Prospecting, the browser extension, Engage, and native CRM integrations - for sales, marketing, recruiting, and RevOps teams who use Lusha directly, without building API integrations.

## What Lusha does

Lusha is a B2B data intelligence platform that helps revenue teams find the right people, keep records accurate, and act on real-world changes across their go-to-market systems. It addresses common problems like missing contact details, outdated job titles, high email bounce rates, stale prospect lists, and manual research.

Lusha serves several types of users:

* **Sales reps** (BDRs, SDRs, AEs) - build prospect tables, reveal verified emails and direct dials, and sync contacts to a CRM.
* **RevOps and GTM ops** - keep CRM records clean, automate enrichment, and improve lead routing.
