# Lusha Talent Sourcing

> Source and track candidates from inside your AI assistant using the Lusha Talent Sourcing plugin.

**Lusha Talent Sourcing** is a recruiting-focused plugin that connects Lusha's candidate data to your AI assistant. It runs on its own MCP server, separate from the general [Lusha MCP](/mcp/overview), with tools and skills built specifically for sourcing and tracking candidates rather than sales prospecting.

## What you can do with it

* Ask for candidates who fit a role and are likely open to a move right now, with a reason to approach each one
* Come back to a saved candidate list later and ask what's changed - who moved, who was promoted, or whose employer had news worth acting on
* Ask who's likely in play after a leadership change at a company you're hiring from
* Search by role, seniority, department, location, current employer, previous employer, and certifications
* Save candidates to a list without revealing any contact details, then reveal details only for the candidates you choose

## The skills

Lusha Talent Sourcing ships with three built-in skills that guide your assistant through a recruiting workflow rather than a single tool call:

## Setup

1. Find **Lusha Talent Sourcing** in your AI assistant's plugin or connector directory
2. Add or connect the plugin and complete the authentication flow
3. Confirm the Lusha Talent Sourcing tools appear in your conversation's tools menu

  You need an active Lusha account to reveal enriched candidate data. Search and list-management tools work without revealing contact details.

Tool calls draw from the same Lusha credit pool as your other Lusha usage - see your [API keys page](https://dashboard.lusha.com/api/manage-api-keys) to check your account.
