# Exporting from a Workspace Table

How to export a Workspace table to CSV, sync contacts to your CRM, or push them into an Engage sequence — including costs and scope options.

Workspace tables support multiple export destinations: CSV files for offline use, direct CRM sync, and Engage sequences for outreach. This article explains each export option, what data is included, and the associated costs.

## Selecting contacts for export

Before exporting, select the contacts you want to act on:

- **Select individual rows** — Use the checkbox on the left of each row
- **Select via header checkbox** — Click the checkbox in the column header to open a dropdown with options: select all on page, select a custom amount, or select all matching your active filters and sort order
- **Export all rows** — Available from the CSV export options (no selection needed)

Selection is no longer capped by page size. The maximum depends on where you are working:

| Context | Selection limit |
| --- | --- |
| Search / filter mode | Up to 10,000 rows for **Show** — no plan-based cap. CSV export is not available directly from search; save to a table first. |
| Saved table | Up to 10,000 rows for both **Show** and CSV export. Selections above 150 rows are processed offline, the same as in search/filter mode. |

Once contacts are selected, the export buttons in the toolbar become active.

## Export Option 1: CSV

To export to CSV, you must be inside a saved Workspace table. If you are in a search or filter view, save it as a table first, then follow the steps below.

Click the **CSV** button in the toolbar. A dialog appears with three scope options:

| Option | What it exports |
| --- | --- |
| **Selected rows only** | Only the rows you have checked |
| **Current page** | All rows visible on the current page |
| **All rows (including filtered)** | Every row in the table, applying any active filters |

**What's included in the CSV:** The export includes every column visible in your table at the time of export — including all Lusha data and any enrichment data (AI Data, Signals, CRM fields) for which data has been run. Columns you have hidden from view will not be included.

**Adjusting page size before exporting:** If you want to export a "current page" of a specific size, change your Rows per page setting first (25, 50, 75, or 150) using the dropdown at the bottom of the table.

**Shown vs. unshown contacts:** The export dialog also lets you choose whether to include contacts whose details are still masked (unshown). If you include unshown contacts, you will be charged credits to reveal them during the export.

**Cost:** 1 credit per 25 rows exported

## Export Option 2: CRM sync

To push contacts from a table directly to your connected CRM:

1. Select the rows you want to export, or leave nothing checked to target all contacts in the current view.
2. Click the **CRM** button in the toolbar. The export drawer opens. You can select specific contacts to export, or click **CRM** without selecting any to include the whole list in scope.
3. Review the **Contacts scope**. Check **Skip already exported** to exclude contacts already sent to your CRM in a previous job.
4. Select a platform from the **Platform** dropdown. Each CRM shows its per-export limit.
  - If your scope is within the limit: the CTA shows the full count.
  - If your scope exceeds the limit: an amber warning appears — *Lusha will export the first N contacts and leave the rest Not exported, ready for your next run.*
5. Review the batching notice, then click **Export {N} contacts**.
6. The drawer closes. A floating progress window appears in the bottom-right and runs in 20 batches. You can close or minimize the window — the job continues running in the background.

### Per-export limits by CRM

| CRM | Max records per export |
| --- | --- |
| Salesforce | 10,000 |
| Hubspot, Pipedrive, Bullhorn, Zoho, Dynamics | 1,000 |

💡 **Note:** These limits are set by each CRM platform. You can select more than the limit — Lusha exports up to the cap and leaves the rest **Not exported** for your next run. Only one export can run at a time per user.

**Cost:** 1 credit per updated export row (unchanged CRM rows are free). Reveal costs apply separately.

### Export state on your table

Each row shows a status pill — **Exported** or **Not exported** — after a job runs. Rows flip to **Exported** once successfully pushed. Failed or truncated rows stay **Not exported** and are automatically included in your next run.

⚠️ **Important:** Export state shows whether a record was sent from Lusha. It does not reflect the record's current status inside your CRM.

## Export Option 3: Sequences (Engage)

To push contacts directly into an Engage email sequence:

1. Select the contacts you want to enroll
2. Click the **Sequence** button in the toolbar
3. A sidebar opens — select the active sequence you want to add them to
4. Confirm the selection

The contacts will appear in that sequence in Engage, ready for outreach.

**Requirement:** You must have at least one active Engage sequence set up before using this option.

## Tracking your CRM exports

Go to **Settings → Integrations → the relevant integration → Manage → Integration tab** to see a history of every table pushed to a connected CRM in the last 90 days.

Columns: CRM · Source table · Time · Status · Exported / total · Failed

Status values: **Done** (green) · **Completed with errors** (amber) · **In progress** (blue) · **Failed** (red)

Select any job to see which contacts failed and why.

💡 **Note:** To see exactly which contacts are now in your CRM, go to your CRM and filter by source — look for records where the source is set to Lusha.

## What is included in the Workspace table export

- **All visible columns:** Every column currently showing on your screen is exported, including any enrichment data.
- **Advanced data points:** AI Data, Signals, and CRM column values are fully included.
- **Tags:** Supported and included in both CSV and CRM exports.
- **Modern format:** Files export in the new default format (though you can still access the legacy format via the **⋮** menu).

⚠️ **You cannot export directly from a Workspace search or filter view.** CSV export, CRM sync, and Sequence export are only available from saved Workspace tables. If you have run a search or applied filters and want to export the results, save them as a table first, then export from there. You also cannot export the "All Contacts" table.

## FAQs

**Can I export company data from a company table?**

Yes. Select company rows and use the CSV export. Company tables export the company-level data columns visible in your table.

**What happens to hidden enrichment columns?**

Columns you have removed from your table view will not appear in the CSV export. Make sure all columns you want to export are visible before downloading.

**Is there a row limit for CSV exports?**

There is no hard limit on rows per export, but very large exports (thousands of rows) may take a moment to generate.

**Is there a limit on how many contacts I can push to CRM?**

Each CRM has a maximum per export — 10,000 for Salesforce, and 1,000 for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bullhorn, Zoho, and Dynamics. These are platform limits, not Lusha limits. If your selection is larger, Lusha exports up to the cap and leaves the rest **Not exported** for your next run.

**What if some contacts fail during export?**

Failed contacts stay **Not exported** and are automatically included in your next export run. Go to **Settings → Integrations → the relevant integration → Manage → Integration tab** to see which contacts failed and why.
