# Webmetic integration

Webmetic identifies the companies visiting your website — even when they don't fill out a form. The Lusha integration, running via Make (formerly Integromat), automatically enriches those anonymous company visits with verified decision-maker contact details, so your team can reach out while intent is at its peak.

The result: anonymous B2B web traffic becomes actionable, contactable leads, all within your existing tools.

## **How the workflow works**

1. **Identify** — Webmetic detects a company visiting your website (for example, a business browsing your pricing page).
2. **Trigger** — a Make automation template captures the company domain in the background.
3. **Enrich** — the Make workflow queries Lusha's API to find key decision-makers at that company (for example, the VP of Marketing or Head of IT), returning verified emails and phone numbers.
4. **Deliver** — the enriched contact details appear directly in the Webmetic dashboard, ready for outreach.

💡 **Note:** This integration requires an active Webmetic account, a Make account, and a Lusha API key. Your Lusha API key is available in **API Hub → Manage API Keys** (visible to Admins and Managers only).

## **Common use cases**

**Warm outreach while intent is live**

When a target company lands on your pricing or product page, the Make automation fires instantly. Your sales rep sees the enriched contact in Webmetic within seconds — with a verified direct dial — and can reach out while the prospect is still actively researching.

**Automated CRM hygiene and lead routing**

Filter for high-intent visitors (for example, companies that spent more than two minutes on your site), automatically enrich them with the right regional decision-maker from Lusha, and push complete, verified records straight into your CRM. No manual data entry, no incomplete records.

## **How to get started**

Setup is handled through your Make account using the Lusha connector. To get started:

1. Log in to Make and create a new scenario.
2. Add Webmetic as the trigger (company visit detected).
3. Add a Lusha action step to enrich by company domain.
4. Map the enriched fields to your Webmetic dashboard or CRM destination.
