# Workspace: AI-Powered table Building Workspace is Lusha's AI-powered table-building environment. Instead of running one-off searches, you build persistent tables of contacts and companies — enriched with verified data, real-time signals, and AI insights — and take action directly from there. Use Workspace to describe your target audience in plain language, refine results through conversation, enrich with live web data, import your CRM records, and push everything to your CRM or Engage sequences — all without leaving the page. blockquote 💡 This feature is not avilable to our legacy Scale users. ## How to build a table There are three ways to start a table in Workspace: - **AI chat** — Type your audience in plain language (e.g. "VPs of Sales at Series B SaaS companies in Boston") and Workspace builds a matching table. Refine it by continuing the conversation. See [Building a table with AI Chat](/user-guide/introduction-and-getting-started/workspace-ai-powered-table-building). - **Filter panel** — Use structured filters for job title, seniority, industry, location, company size, funding stage, and more. Combine with chat for extra precision. See [Using Workspace Filters](/user-guide/building-your-workspace-tables/using-workspace-filters-contact-and-company-filter-panel). - **CRM import** — Bring existing Salesforce or HubSpot records into a Workspace table, enrich them, and push updated data back. When your results look right, click **Save first X contacts** (50, 150, 500, or 1,000) to create a permanent table. ## Going from search to API The Add Contacts/Companies Workspace Search control bar now includes two ways to bridge your UI search directly to the API: - **Get API request** — opens a popover showing your current search as a ready-to-run API request, in cURL, Python, or TypeScript. Copy it and drop it straight into your code. - **Table / JSON view toggle** — flips the results view between the familiar table and the raw JSON API response, so you can see exactly what the API returns for the same search, filters and all. This gives technical and trial users a fast way to go from searching in the UI to calling the API, with no separate docs lookup required to get started. ## AI-recommended leads Workspace surfaces new prospects for you automatically in two ways: - **Homepage recommendations** — Daily AI-generated suggestions based on your past prospecting activity. Click **View all** to open a temporary table of up to 75 matches, then save what you want to keep. - **Add similar contacts** — Inside any saved table, click **Add contacts → Add similar contacts**. Workspace analyzes your existing rows and suggests 5 new lookalike prospects each day. Click **Regenerate** for a fresh set. Free, populates instantly. - **AI Data** — Real-time web enrichment: company news, competitors, executive changes, open jobs, and more. 1 credit per cell. - **Signals** — Behavioral intelligence: hiring surges, headcount changes, website traffic, IT spend, job changes, and promotions. 1 credit per signal detected. - **CRM** — Live field values from your connected Salesforce or HubSpot account. Includes all visible columns and enrichment data. Cost: 1 credit per 25 rows. - **CRM** — Sync directly to your CRM. - **Sequence** — Push contacts into an active Lusha Engage email sequence. Start with chat and refine with filters, or vice versa — both work on the same table. **Can I import from CRMs other than Salesforce?** Salesforce (production and sandbox) and HubSpot are both supported today. More CRM integrations are coming soon. **Will I be charged credits just for chatting with the AI?** You consume 1 credit for every 5 chat prompts, so you can explore and refine freely before committing to a table. **Is the AI Data web enrichment live or cached?** It's pulled in real-time. When you run an enrichment column, Lusha performs a fresh web crawl. **What's the difference between Workspace and Lusha Search?** Workspace is for building and enriching deep, persistent tables. Lusha Search is designed for quick, one-off searches and reveals. **What's the difference between a search and a saved table?** A search is your dynamic workspace where you query, filter, and enrich results in real time. A saved table is a named, persistent set of contacts or companies you want to track or act on over time. You save contacts from a search into a table.
