# What is Lusha Engage

Lusha Engage is the built-in email outreach module in Lusha. It lets you create automated email sequences directly from the Lusha platform — no third-party integration required. Connect your Gmail or Outlook account and start sending personalised, scheduled emails to your prospects at scale.

## What you can do with Engage

- **Convert leads efficiently** — guide prospects through a tailored journey built for optimal conversion.
- **Nurture leads over time** — connect with leads using informative email sequences that build trust and address concerns.
- **Re-engage inactive customers** — reactivate contacts who have gone quiet by reminding them of your solution's value.


## What you need to know

- Replies from prospects go to your Gmail or Outlook inbox.
- There is a limit of 1,000 emails per user per day.
- There is a limit of 10 **active** sequences per user.
- There is no limit to the number of sequences you can **create** or the number of steps per sequence.
- If you reach the daily limit, the remaining emails will be sent according to each sequence's defined schedule.
- When a contact is marked as replied or bounced, Lusha removes them from the sequence and won't contact them again. Contacts can be marked as replied automatically (when Lusha detects a reply in your inbox) or manually from the **Contacts** tab actions menu.
