# Enrich companies

> Reveal firmographics, employee breakdowns, competitors, and buyer intent for up to 100 companies you've already found via Search Companies.

Enrich Companies reveals full firmographic data for companies you've already found with [Search Companies](/enrichment/search-companies). It only accepts Lusha company `id` values, so you always search first and enrich only the companies you actually want to spend credits on.

## What you get by default

Every enriched company includes firmographics - description, company type, year founded, employee count, industry and sub-industry, SIC and NAICS codes, HQ and additional locations, social links, revenue range, funding history, technologies, and business model.

## What you can add with `reveal`

Pass any of these to add deeper breakdowns to the response:

* `employeesByDepartment` - headcount by department
* `employeesByLocation` - headcount by country and state
* `employeesBySeniority` - headcount by seniority level
* `competitors` - companies Lusha identifies as competitors
* `intent` - buyer intent topics

  Check each company's `canReveal` array from your Search Companies response before enriching to confirm the credit cost.

If enrichment fails for a company `id`, the result contains an `error` with a code of `NOT_FOUND`, `COMPLIANCE_RESTRICTED`, or `ENRICH_FAILED` instead of profile data.

## Billing

Enrich Companies is charged per successful result via the `reveal_company` action - one charge per company, regardless of how many `reveal` fields you request for it.
